Louise Guthrie

Role:

Chief Executive Officer

Responsibilities:

As CEO, Louise guides the trust’s strategic direction and empowers leaders with the autonomy and clarity they need to excel in their roles. As the trust’s Accounting Officer, Louise overseas operational management, ensuring resources are utilised effectively to benefit both pupils and our staff.

Louise believes collaboration achieve excellent results and actively engages with organisations to enrich opportunities and outcomes for all our pupils.

Louise holds a Doctorate in Education, National Qualification for Executive Leadership and has served as a National Leader of Education.

Catherine Herron

Role:

Chief Finance Officer

Responsibilities:

Catherine plays a pivotal role in the growth and development of Centurion Multi Academy Trust.

Using her expertise, she oversees all financial operations and leads in the
strategic direction of all areas of finance, business and growth of the trust.

Mark Holt

Role:

Headteacher, Denbigh Community Primary School

Responsibilities:

As Headteacher, Mark Holt, provides the professional leadership that sets the school’s vision, values and strategic direction, ensuring high‑quality education for all pupils. Leading teaching and learning, developing and supporting staff, safeguarding pupils’ welfare, and managing the school’s day‑to‑day operations, including resources and compliance with statutory duties. Working closely with Academy Education Boards , as headteacher, Mark Holt is accountable for school improvement and acts as a role model, upholding the highest standards of ethics, inclusion and professionalism while engaging positively with parents and the wider community.

Angi Gibson

Headteacher, Hadrian Park Primary School

Responsibilities:

As Headteacher, Angi Gibson provides the professional leadership that sets the school’s vision, values and strategic direction, ensuring high‑quality education for all pupils. Leading teaching and learning, developing and supporting staff, safeguarding pupils’ welfare, and managing the school’s day‑to‑day operations, including resources and compliance with statutory duties. Working closely with Academy Education Boards , as headteacher, Angi Gibson is accountable for school improvement and acts as a role model, upholding the highest standards of ethics, inclusion and professionalism while engaging positively with parents and the wider community.

Angi plays a pivotal role within the National Union of Head Teachers (NAHT), representing and shaping the voice of school leaders nationally. She has served as: NAHT National Vice President (2024 – 2025), NAHT National President (2025 – 2026) and NAHT Immediate Past President (2026 – 2027)

Ruth Jobey
